Pixley Falls NY is located by Booneville, NY in mountains in the central part of the state. This is where Marilyn and her friends played when they were kids. The park has this little stream in it as well as the main falls. A beautiful place to visit.
Alan Lakin is from Oklahoma City originally, currently living in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He has been painting most of his life. His favorite mediums are acrylic, oils, water colours and pen and ink. Most of his work is considered impressionism, however he also does portraits or other work on commission. He has received numerous awards for his art and has shown in many galleries nationwide. As Edward W Bok's stated "Make you the world a bit better or more beautiful because you lived in it". Alan believes that those who have the ability to creat art must let their visions loose.
