Alan Lakin is from Oklahoma City originally, currently living in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He has been painting most of his life. His favorite mediums are acrylic, oils, water colours and pen and ink. Most of his work is considered impressionism, however he also does portraits or other work on commission. Alan believes that those who have the ability to creat art must let their visions loose.
